Morgan
Business Associates has a team of 12 seasoned professionals who conduct field
research, execute consulting projects, conduct client audits, develop training
materials, and facilitate/"team teach" workshops. These consultants are
industry specialists, familiar with what makes equipment dealers and
distributors successful. Here are seven members of our consulting and teaching
team:

- Alfred V. Morgan, President of MBA, has over
thirty-five years of successful management consulting and training experience
in the equipment industry. His management and implementation expertise has
helped organizations identify opportunities, build teamwork, manage change,
increase market share, and achieve 110% Absorption and 97% Customer
Satisfaction Index. Before entering the consulting field, Morgan spent five
years with a large western bank in marketing and loans. Morgan holds a Master's
Degree in Business Administration from USC, a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
and Psychology from the University of Kansas, and a degree from the American
Institute of Banking. He holds a California Lifetime Teaching Credential, is
listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the West, and the Dictionary of
International Biography. He is an active member of AED, the Sales and Marketing
Executives Association, the Society of Professional Consultants, the American
Society of Training and Development, and has his own Equipment Dealer 20
Group.

- Bradley A. Morgan has worked for MBA as a consultant
and trainer since 1997. He has been involved and associated with field
research, problem identification, Sales, Service, and Parts Training Workshop
design, development, and teaching. Bradley builds a strong rapport and works
with each client to help them grasp the concepts being presented. He's good at
helping his clients apply their newly acquired skills, knowledge, and
techniques, be it in a workshop, a dealership audit, or performing a consulting
assignment. Brad is currently completing his degree in Business and Economics
at UCSB. In addition, he has attended classes conducted by American Management
Association and Financial Management Seminars by Dr. Warren DeBord, University
of Florida, and spent 6 months working for an equipment
dealership.

- Peggy A. Morgan is Senior Vice President of MBA. She
brings a wide range of organization, consulting, and training experience. She
has been actively involved in dealership research and analysis as well as
workshop development and instruction for MBA's equipment, truck, and automotive
clients. She holds an MBA Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from
USC and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, and Education from Kansas
State University-Emporia. She has a California Lifetime Teaching Credential and
is listed in Who's Who Worldwide Registry of Business
Leaders.

- Kevin P. O'Brien is a Senior MBA Consultant. He
brings years of on-the-job experience in all levels of management and training
plus a magnetic personality that draws people to him . . . clients and
employees alike. Kevin has worked for MBA as an Associate since 1980. He now
resides in the Atlanta area, and continues to be active in the equipment
industry in management, marketing, and consulting capacities. He has been
involved in workshops and associated with research, design, and program
development/instruction/ facilitation for clients such as Associated Equipment
Distributors, Caterpillar, Clark, Cummins, John Deere, Bobcat, Navistar,
Rockwell International, Western Star, and Volvo. Kevin has taught programs for
Dealer Principals/General Managers, Parts and Service Managers, Supervisors, as
well as Salespeople of a cross section of product and service organizations. He
received his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of California
Santa Barbara.
- Gordon Whitehead is MBA's expert in operational,
financial, and accounting practices. Mr.
Whitehead has thirty-three years of public accounting experience
and fifteen as a senior partner of a CPA firm in Central California. Gordon is
a former partner in charge of accounting and auditing for Ernst & Young,
and worked for IRS as an auditor for a number of years. Gordon is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas; plus
graduate work toward a Master's Degree, and continues taking education courses
in accounting.
- William S. Chiat has been associated with MBA since
1985 and has been involved in research, program design, and instruction of
workshops for equipment and heavy truck clients. He has an excellent foundation
of knowledge on what makes a successful dealership click and on marketing
technology for equipment dealerships. Prior to joining MBA Bill taught both
graduate and undergraduate classes in communication, marketing, management, and
sales for the University of Wisconsin School of Business. He has worked with
clients such as EMI, Arrow Trucks, Clark, Freightliner, JCB, John Deere, Mack,
Bobcat, Navistar, TEREX, and Volvo Equipment.
- Tracy Oakes is our Office Manager and Research
Associate. She works on program development, financial analysis, and dealership
research projects. Ms Oakes has been involved in dealership analysis and
workshop development for over six years. She holds a degree in Psychology and
Philosophy from Santa Barbara College and is currently completing her Bachelors
degree in Philosophy from University of California, Santa Barbara.
